Sub-processors
Few software vendors publish their list of sub-processors. We publish ours, with their role and the location of processing — because you should be able to check where your staff’s data goes before entrusting it to us.
Your data is stored in Switzerland.
The database is located in the Zurich region. Application processing takes place in Europe (Frankfurt). No data is processed outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland. Data processing agreements are signed and available on request.

A data processing agreement (DPA) is signed with each sub-processor and available on request. Any change to this list is dated and published on this page. Entries are maintained in French on the French page, which is authoritative.
