What this website does not collect
This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session-recording tool. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept.
Contact form
- Data processed: name, e-mail, and the information you freely include in your message (company, phone).
- Purpose: replying to your enquiry. Nothing else — no newsletter, no automated prospecting.
- Basis: your voluntary request (pre-contractual measures).
- Retention: your message is transmitted by e-mail and is not stored in any database(data minimisation, art. 6 nLPD). It is kept in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Sign-in page
On the “Sign in” page, the workspace name you enter is remembered only in your browser’s local storage, to prefill the field on your next visit. It is never transmitted to our servers or to third parties, and you can remove it by clearing your browser’s site data.
Technical logs
Like any website, the hosting provider generates short-lived technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and operational purposes. They are not used for profiling.
What about the data in the Clokr application?
Your data is stored in Switzerland.
The database is located in the Zurich region. Application processing takes place in Europe (Frankfurt). No data is processed outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland. Data processing agreements are signed and available on request.
The detail of our sub-processors, their role and the location of processing are published and dated on the Sub-processors page. Each client company’s data is strictly isolated at the database level (row-level security).
Your rights (art. 25 ff nLPD)
You may request access to the data concerning you, its rectification, its deletion, and its delivery in an open format (portability). Address your request to the controller indicated above; you will receive a reply within the statutory deadlines.
