What happens if my team grows during the year?
You move up to the next plan the following month, with no change fee and no new commitment period. The price simply follows the actual size of your team.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes. Your data belongs to you. You can obtain a complete copy, in an open format, at any time — including when you cancel. This commitment is written into the terms of service.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Onboarding is included — and it's simple: a fifteen-minute video call is enough to configure your contracts, workloads and starting balances.
How long does onboarding take?
About fifteen minutes by video call is usually enough to set up the company, the contracts and the balances. Your employees clock in the same day — there is no app to install.
Which languages is the application available in?
French, English and Portuguese: each person picks their own language, and you set the company default. The login page and the PDF attestation are in French.
