- Can I get my data back if I stop?
- Yes. Your data belongs to you. You can obtain a complete copy, in an open format, at any time — including when you cancel. This commitment is written into the terms of service.
- Are there any setup fees?
- No. Onboarding is included — and it's simple: a fifteen-minute video call is enough to configure your contracts, workloads and starting balances.
- How long does onboarding take?
- About fifteen minutes by video call is usually enough to set up the company, the contracts and the balances. Your employees clock in the same day — there is no app to install.
- Is the interface available in English?
- The application interface is currently in French, the working language of the teams Clokr is built for. Support is available in English and French.
